Field Ready focuses on passing on knowledge to others.  We strengthen the skills, competencies and abilities of aid workers and disaster affect-affected people. We have the curricula, equipment and know-how to do this wherever we work. Examples include:

• Helping disaster affected people understand their unique challenges and provide a means for problem-solving and skills building  

• Training organizational staff on basic, intermediate and advanced use of manufacturing equipment such as design thinking, 3D printers and other equipment

• Mentoring practitioners to improve their skills and capacities 

 

We believe that capacity building is important transforming how aid is provided and to create sustainability of our programs.
